Oude Kwaremont

The longest cobbled climb in Flanders, 2.2 km at 4%, but the average hides it: 600 m of tarmac out of Kluisbergen, then 1.5 km of cobbles that steepen to 11% through the village of Kwaremont and flatten across the plateau. The flat top is where the damage is done, on stones with nowhere to recover. Ridden three times in the Ronde van Vlaanderen finale since 2012, each time followed by the Paterberg.
