The service

Ridden is a consumer web application operated at ridden.io. It informs cyclists when a professional race is scheduled to climb a road they have ridden. Use of the service is governed by the terms, and the handling of personal data by the privacy policy.

Sales

The Ridden Pass is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record. Paddle is the contracting seller for the transaction and issues the invoice. See buying and billing in the terms.

Trade marks

Ridden is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to ASO, RCS Sport, Flanders Classics, the UCI, or Strava. Race and event names are used descriptively, to identify which event climbs which road. All trade marks are the property of their respective owners.

The Climb Catalog

Each climb records the provenance of its geometry, so the position can be audited rather than reconstructed. The catalog currently draws on the following sources.

Race data

Routes, timings and broadcast listings are compiled by hand from published sources, including organisers' roadbooks and route pages and publicly listed broadcast schedules. The predicted times are our own work, derived from the roadbook's own speed estimates.

Open source we ship

Generated from our package.json, so it cannot fall behind the code. Each row states the licence the package declares for itself; where a package declares none, the licence text travels inside the package.
